How can I get an e-ticket?

We usually send e-ticket to visitor's email right after we get the payment. If you pay in cash, it may take some time from the moment you pay till the moment we get the money (up to three days).

If you didn’t get the ticket or you accidentally removed it, you can get it in your profile on Go to the home page, click the button “Lon in” and enter the same email address that you used while ticket purchase.

After login click the icon on the top right corner and when a drop-down menu appears, choose “My tickets”.

We got to make sure that your tickets don’t fall into the wrong hands, so we will ask you to confirm your email. Please find the confirmation letter in your mailbox (also check the spam folder) and follow the link. So your account will be activated and you can see all the tickets you ordered, download them or pay for tickets that have not yet been paid.

What to do if you can’t find the ticket in your profile?

Maybe you made a typo while entering the email address. But don't worry — our Support Team is here to help you. Please send to the link to the event page, your name, surname, and correct email address. The guys will do their best to find your ticket.
