E-ticket is usually sent on your e-mail address right after we get your payment. If you pay by cash (for example, in a payment terminal), it may take some time from the moment you pay till the moment we get the money (up to three days).
If you didn’t get the ticket or if you accidentally deleted it, you can get it via our support service (email@example.com).
Send us the link to the page of the event, your name, surname and your correct e-mail address, and our support assistants will help you find your ticket.
